Where's the Paper?
In an effort to reduce our use of paper and to help parents remain informed, Oliver Heckman Elementary has been increasing the use of this website and our PTO email list to provide access to school-based and PTO-based flyers and information.

However, not everything can be posted online or emailed (e.g. multi-part forms, certain district-related information). Therefore, parents are asked to check their child's bookbag each evening for important information from the school such as forms, community flyers/events, homework assignments, monthly calendars, and other class-related information.
Increasingly, PTO social and fund raising events, handbooks, and other information is posted on our website and/or emailed directly to parents.
Please contact a PTO representative if you are not receiving emails about PTO events but would like to be included.
It is our hope our community will fully support this effort so we may eventually use only e-flyers and post general information via our website. If so, we may be able to save over 20,000 pieces of paper a year.
