DreamBox Learning - This is a program the district has purchased to enhance our math program. We use it at school, but you can use it at home too. You will receive a letter, with a personal code, explaining how to access it from this link: https://play.dreambox.com/login/yztw/lowerse.  User name is your child's first name. Spelling City - This is a website where I have entered all of our spelling lists. Your child can play games to practice their first grade words, at home. Your child will take his/her spelling list on this website and will print out the results to take home to you. This site allows all children to have the time they need to take their test. They can have the word or sentence repeated as many times as they need and can even take re-tests. You can access this site by going to http://www.spellingcity.com/swendling/. 
 
Superkids- This website is a companion to our reading program.  Children will need to access this website to read their books online for homework.  It also provides excellent information about the skills we are learning in reading.  www.superkidsreading.org.  You should have received an email guiding you to set up your account.  If you are having difficulty setting up the account, please email me.
