For your child’s pencil box, please send these items in, LABELED with your child’s name or initials.


*a standard-sized pencil box

*10 sharpened pencils (mechanical pencils are encouraged IF your child is able to write without breaking the point)

            *an eraser

            *one pair of blunt-tipped scissors

            *2 glue sticks

            *a thin tip dry erase marker (if you can get the kind that are retractable, with no lid)

*an old sock (for erasing)

            *a small box of crayons or a pack of Twistables (no sharpening needed.)


(*All of these items must fit inside the pencil box.  Pencil boxes will be sent home on occasion for clean-out and refilling if needed.  Sharpened pencils are especially needed to begin our new work week.  Please do not send in fancy pencils as their coatings often jam up our pencil sharpeners.)

 

ADDITONAL SUPPLIES:


EVERYONE

~One plastic folder

~One ½ inch binder with 10 sheet protectors inside (We’re making a memory book.)

~One 1 inch view binder (binder with a place to slide a paper in on the cover)   Please place 10 dividers inside.  Please number the dividers from 1 to 10.  Please put a folder (with holes) inside this binder as well.

~Water bottle to be kept at child’s seat (to minimize spills the bottles must have a sports-top/snap lid.)  

~1 box of tissues

~1 set of inexpensive  headphones  (labeled with name), in a Ziploc baggie.

~1 package of dry erase markers

~1 box Ziploc sandwich baggies with slide lock

~ 1 container of Lysol, Clorox or baby wipes

~1 pump-size hand soap
