| The PTO welcomes you to Oliver Heckman! The Oliver Heckman PTO (Parent-Teacher Organization) is a self-governing body that plans its activities for the good of the school and community. Its chief objective is to help develop a bond between home and school so that parents and teachers may cooperate in the education of our children. The PTO sponsors a variety of fundraising activities to raise money for assembly programs, supplemental material/equipment, playground equipment and field trips. The PTO strengthens the tie between your home, the community and our school. PTO meetings are typically held monthly on the third Wednesday during the school year. Meetings start at 7:45pm and are in the school library. Enter at the main building doors, and find your way to the left side of wall immediately in front of you for the library entrance. We'll see you upstairs!
